Intellectual Property & Content Policy

The Platform, including its software, interfaces, design, structure, data models, documentation, branding and all related intellectual property rights, belongs to the Groundmaster project or its licensors. No rights are granted other than the limited right of use described in the Terms of Use.

Customer Data belongs to the Customer or its licensors. We claim no ownership of it and receive only the limited licence necessary to host, process, transmit, back up, secure and display it in order to operate the Platform, to provide support, and to comply with law.

You must hold the rights necessary to submit the Content you upload. Third-party technical documentation, manufacturer material and other licensed documents may only be uploaded where the licence permits it and where access is limited to those entitled to see it.

You must not upload material that infringes third-party rights, breaches confidentiality, or is subject to export control restrictions that the intended audience cannot lawfully receive.

Aircraft types, manufacturer names, part designations, document references and other third-party marks may appear in records for identification purposes only. Their appearance does not imply affiliation with, sponsorship by, or endorsement from the rights holder.

Reports, exports and printable documents generated from Customer Data are treated as Customer Data. AI-assisted output is provided to the Customer for its use, may not be unique, may resemble output produced for others, and is not warranted to be free of third-party rights; you remain responsible for reviewing it before use or distribution.

Where you choose to send suggestions or feedback about the Platform, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free right to use it to improve the Platform. You are not required to provide feedback, and no confidentiality obligation attaches to it unless separately agreed.

• no copying, modification, translation or derivative works based on the Platform;
• no reverse engineering, decompilation or attempt to extract source code, except where permitted by law;
• no removal or obscuring of proprietary notices;
• no use of the Platform, its interface or its documentation to build a competing product;
• no use of our branding without prior written permission.

If you believe content on or in the Platform infringes your rights, contact us through the legal requests page with a description of the material, its location, the right relied upon, and a statement that the notice is given in good faith. We will review the notice and take proportionate action, which may include removing access to the material and informing the relevant Organisation.
